We are now looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Landskrona. Here you will have a central role in the regional IT Operations environment, working closely with both the business, end-users, and global IT teams.

In this role, it is important that you can see the big picture – understand how infrastructure, systems, users, and business are interconnected – and use that understanding to drive stability, improvements, and smarter solutions over time.

About the role

You will be part of the regional IT Operations team and work with both 1st and 2nd line support as well as operations, monitoring, and further development of the IT environment. The role includes support for office users, field technicians, and engineers, as well as collaboration with IT colleagues globally.

You will work both operationally and improvement-driven – from incident management and troubleshooting to implementing improvements, optimizing solutions, and documenting infrastructure and workflows.

Your main responsibilities

You will work with the operation, monitoring, and administration of IT solutions as well as daily system monitoring and troubleshooting. The role also includes responsibility for backup solutions, system integration, implementation of changes and optimizations, and contact with IT service providers.

You will provide support to end-users, both in the office, remotely, and in the field, and actively work to develop the use of IT solutions in the business. You will also participate in smaller local infrastructure projects and collaborate with IT teams in Europe.

We would like you to have

Several years of experience working with IT infrastructure in a global organization, preferably in centralized or hosted environments.

Good knowledge in:

• Microsoft Active Directory

• Windows Desktop (10/11)

• Windows Server environments

• Basic MS 365 / Teams

• Networking (DHCP, DNS, LAN, switch environments)

• VMware

• Service Desk systems and ITIL processes

·       You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
